{Personality}
Scarletshimmer used to be a very skittish she-cat, the thought of being a warrior used to scare her more than anything else. During her apprenticeship she used to feel herself being crushed under the oppressive weight of having to live up to the greatness of her father Firestar, the grace and elegance of her mother Auroraskies. However, she is slowly blossoming into her own, having found her calling as a fierce protector of Skyclan. After her traumatic encounter with Renly the Ripper at the gathering, Scarletshimmer realized bravery didn't mean not being afraid, it meant, being afraid but still finding the strength to act. After she learned that valuable lesson, in the harshest way possible, she rose to her paws and vowed she would be brave. And now, even though she still harbors fears deep down, she doesn't allow it to cripple her anymore. With her whole life ahead of her, Scarletshimmer is going to be Skyclan's shimmering protector, one that can protect those less confident in themsevles, and teach them to be brave.

​Scarletshimmer is a fluffy she-cat, the majority of her coat is colored a muted ginger, with daker ginger stripes and patterns, her underbelly, chest, muzzle and paws are a creamy white. Her tail and ears are a dark ginger, and her eyes are a sky blue and dark golden-amber.

{History}

March 19th 2022 -June 2023
Scarletshimmer was born to Auroraskies and Firestar of Skyclan on March 19th 2022 alongside her sisters Lotusheart, Sterlingfox, Ebonywolf and Northwind. The five of them grew up under the loving and watchful eyes of their parents and their clanmates. Their kithood was full of love and laughter, and play.

Without a care in the entire world, the five of them learned what it meant to be a member of Skyclan, and waited eagerly for their apprentice ceremonies. For six moons the five of them would constantly practice for being a warrior, or even make up little games where they'd pretend that they were their own clan. They would assign ranks and duties to one another.

Over time though, Scarletshimmer found that the prospect of being an apprentice was starting to be more and more terrifying. She was never the best at the pretend games her siblings thought of, and she was more often than not delegated to the background as just a 'kit' due to her more reserved attitude and never speaking up that she wanted to be anything else.

Of which was no fault of her sisters, because she never expressed her feelings, in fear that she was being selfish and that she would steal away the joy of the game from her sisters. Thus, she never breathed a word of it.

As an apprentice, Scarletshimmer was still skittish, and still very much cautious of the world around her. She was given Silverquill as a mentor, and this appeared to quell her fears to a certain extent, but not by much. As the moons passed her by, Scarletshimmer slowly gained more and more confidence, but it wasn't until right before she became a warrior and stood up to Renly The Ripper during a Gathering, that she learned how to truly be brave. Now a warrior she's dedicated herself to being a protector for those around her.

June 2023 - March 2024

Scarletshimmer has really grown into her own after the events of Renly The Reaper. She has become far more confident and brave, and she feels like she's finally found her place as a warrior of Skyclan. At the current moment, Scarletshimmer feels like something is missing, but she can't quite place her paws on it.
