{Personality}

Rabbitnose can be best described as a hardworking warrior, she strives to be one of Windclan’s finest. Her bubbly personality often rubs off on others to bring their spirits to the highest of heights. Loyal and modest with a strong drive to persevere, Rabbitnose seems to know no limits.

Which, in of itself, can be a negative attribute to her character.

She often pushes herself far too hard and this can cause her to slip up in her warrior duties. She is too stubborn to know when to quit and that can leave a devastating impact on her health.

It isn’t an uncommon sight to see her in the medicine cat den, mostly against her will, to be given medicine to help her sleep.

Even still, Rabbitnose does her best to be kind and caring towards her clanmates, however once a tragedy befalls, she tends to distance herself from others. Once she does this it is difficult to bring her back.

Although it can be tricky to do, it can be done, and she bounces right back from it after she’s given time to process what happened and to grieve properly. The issue is that she doesn’t grieve properly and never gets the release that is required to walk the the path of healing.

Rabbitnose- Rabbitnose is a fluffy cream, white, brown and orange fluffy mottled she-cat with sky blue eyes. The markings on her coat are a cluttered mess of colors and patterns, there is no rhyme or reason to these colors or their patterns.

Cloverpatch- Cloverpatch is a light brown, orange and cream patched she-cat, she was the runt of the litter, therefore she is only just an inch or two shy of being about the size of an apprentice. She has a bobbed tail and is missing her left hind leg because of an accident when she was an apprentice. She has violet eyes. {{Up for adoption}}

Emberdust- Emberdust is a light brown and ginger tom cat with white speckles and darker brown stripes. He has a white underbelly, and a dark ginger patch on his chest. His eyes are a cornflower blue. {{Up for adoption}}

Sootpaw- Sootpaw was a fluffy gray tom cat, with black legs, tail, and muzzle. He had icy blue eyes and one shredded ear tip. {{Deceased}}

History:

On July 1st 2020

Rabbitkit and her siblings were born to Goldenfeather and Cloudstep.

On January 1st

Rabbitkit, along with her siblings became apprentices.

On March 12th

Her sister Cloverpaw had an accident that took her leg from her and nearly killed her as well. Rabbitpaw poured all her attention into her training, growing distant towards Honeypaw, Cloverpaw, Emberpaw and Sootpaw. During this time, she didn’t realize the ever-growing rift, not noticing that Honeypaw was falling apart while trying to keep her siblings together. She also failed to see Sootpaw’s spiral into depression.

On April 20th

Their brother Sootpaw vanished from Windclan camp that night, and hasn’t been seen since. Some cats speculate that Sootpaw was carried off by an owl in the night because he often liked to stargaze, others think he went for a walk in the woods and got lost, and some think he left on his own will because after Cloverpaw’s near death experience he went from a spunky apprentice to a skittish and quiet one. Whatever happened, there’s only one thing for certain, and that’s Sootpaw is gone and he isn’t likely to return.

On May 15th

Rabbitpaw’s grandfather Raventalon died of lung failure, a tragedy that was brought on by him almost dying in a fire as an apprentice, his lungs never quite healed right and he died in his sleep. Ever since Sootpaw went missing, Raventalon had been there to console her, reassuring her that she wasn’t a horrible sibling by distancing herself from her siblings.

She had promised him she’d find Sootpaw and bring him home when she became a warrior and that Raventalon would see his grandson again, but Starclan had other plans. After Raventalon’s death Rabbitpaw became friends with a Windclan elder named Spidernose, he reminded her of Raventalon so much that she started to look up to Spidernose as a grandparental figure.

On June 30th

Rabbitpaw earned her warrior name, and she requested that she be named after Spidernose, the wisest cat in all of Windclan, in her eyes anyway. After earning her warrior name, Rabbitnose, despite the fact Raventalon had died, still made good on her promise. As soon as she became a warrior, she set aside times where she’d search for Sootpaw. She knew it in her heart that Sootpaw must still be alive, out there somewhere.

On August 1st

Rabbitnose and her brother Emberdust celebrated Cloverpatch’s warrior ceremony and Rabbitnose finally reconnected with Cloverpatch and Emberdust. Rabbitnose whole heartedly supported Cloverpatch’s choice in remaining in the Nursery as a kitless Queen. She felt her heart surge with pride seeing her sister bounce back from her setback and instead of letting her missing leg drag her own, she decided to keep her eyes on the light at the end of the tunnel.

September 3rd

A fight broke out between her, Emberdust, and Cloverpatch. Rabbitnose learned about how Honeypaw now felt about her due to the rift between them. Emberdust and Cloverpatch couldn’t keep it to themselves anymore. The fight had been a long time coming, seeing as even though Rabbitnose, Emberdust and Cloverpatch had made steps to reconnect, there was still underlying tension. Rabbitnose ended up running off to get some air because of the stress. They just didn’t understand why she worked so hard.

She needed to find Sootpaw because Sootpaw and Honeypaw were best friends, and she had promised to her grandfather verbally and the rest of her family internally that she’d bring him back. She never meant to neglect Honeypaw or anyone, she just wanted to bring Sootpaw back home so they could all grow up as warriors together. As Rabbitnose was out she met a tom cat by the name of Darkgale. He was a former Riverclan warrior who told her that he left due to clan life not being the right fit for him.

After this meeting, Rabbitnose and Darkgale started seeing each other whenever they could, and a romance began to bloom between them. Rabbitnose felt ashamed because even if outside mates were fine to have, Darkgale wasn’t any outsider, he was a former Riverclanner. He had Riverclan blood, so therefore their relationship was still inter-clan. But she couldn’t deny her heart, she had fallen for him, and his charm and she had fallen fast.

On September 25th

Rabbitnose was given the cold shoulder by Honeyblossom during her late warrior ceremony, Honeyblossom’s ceremony was delayed after Honeyblossom stopped training with her mentor to care for Cloverpatch. Then when Sootpaw went missing, she struggled to return to her duties.

Honeyblossom avoided her, and hardly ever made eye contact with her, but when she did it was always with a gaze of apathy and woe. The extent of the disconnect between the two of them had finally made itself known to Rabbitnose for the first time, even Emberdust and Cloverpatch stayed away from her and instead spent time with Honeyblossom.

On October 5th

After the death of Windstorm, Rabbitnose noticed Honeyblossom was starting to drift away from everyone, including Emberdust and Cloverpatch. She feared that she would vanish like Sootpaw. There going forward Rabbitnose made several attempts to reconnect with the sister she had accidentally left behind, while in search of their brother Sootpaw. Rabbitnose understood now that Honeyblossom felt that Rabbitnose didn’t care about her as much as she cared about Cloverpatch, Emberdust and Sootpaw.

October 10th - December 30th

During this time Rabbitnose struggled to save the frayed relationship between her and her siblings. However, the damage had been done and it turns out that it wouldn’t be so easily mended.

She found herself constantly bickering with her siblings.

Another nasty fight broke out between them all and Rabbitnose left Windclan and stayed away from camp for a few days, spending that time with Darkgale who comforted her. Telling her that he’ll make sure not another drop of tears will ever grace her beautiful face again.

That no one will hurt her anymore while he’s around. It was sometime around November that Rabbitnose realized she was pregnant. This caused her to distance herself now more than ever from all her clanmates, even Spidernose hardly saw her.

She hid her pregnancy well but unfortunately her kits were born earlier than expected.

She had her kits in Darkgale’s den, which was in an old abandoned two-leg building. She had four kits in all and only two survived, Sunkit and Moonkit, a few weeks after she had her kits, Rabbitnose ended things with Darkgale, Darkgale was enraged at this, and he spirited away Rabbitnose’s only surviving kits. She hasn’t seen Darkgale since. By Starclan's blessing her surviving kits found their way to Windclan and live with her to this day, as fine warriors of Windclan.

Present day:

Rabbitnose has become a fine warrior of Windclan. She carries herself with grace and confidence. Despite everything that happened between her and her siblings, she began patching things up with them. They still have a long way to go before all is forgiven, but at least they don’t fight as much like before.

Rabbitnose is still heartbroken about the loss of her kits, and no one can ever know she eloped with a former Riverclan warrior and that she had half-clan kits. Unable to seek solace in anyone else, she has sworn she will continue to better herself and she’s sworn off toms for the time being.

Her past is a haunting reminder and motivator to do better, she won’t let her past define her. She’s going to become a warrior that will make Windclan proud and show to the other clans that Windclan is strong and a force to be reckoned with, if one decides to make enemies out of them.
